Uncontrolled moisture on the walls and in the air of this Woodbridge VA basement were leading to water on the basement floor. The sump pump alone was not able to keep the space dry so the homeowners called us to see if we could help. Installing a moisture control barrier on the walls of the basement would help to capture moisture coming through and send it to the Water Guard system which was installed in the floor. The Water Guard system delivers collected water to the newly installed Super Sump in order to discharge it to outside. A Sedona SaniDry Dehumidifier was installed to collect moisture from the air and send it to the Water Guard System through a service port.
