WaterGuard installation

WaterGuard drainage piping is ready to be installed. It effectively captures wall and floor seepage before it reaches the crawl space floor. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through to the sump pump.

The trench is back filled after the WaterGuard goes in and then hidden beneath a layer of concrete.

SmartSump and UltraSump installation

Our SmartSump is a reliable pumping system designed to keep the crawl space dry. An UltraSump battery back-up system was also installed. It has a second pump in the event that the primary pump fails, a second switch in case of switch failure, and a second power source in case of power failure.
