Turning A Customer Complaint Into WOW Service
Challenge
We recently revisited a customer in Broad Run, VA due to a complaint regarding our first job. We had installed a window well to allow her access to her crawl space. However, she was not satisfied with the way it was draining so she reached out to us to address this quality issue. Because we have a full service department here at 3 Pros, we were able to return to her home and reevaluate the situation with her feedback. Our crew improved our first installation with enhanced drainage and at the end of the project, the customer was extremely pleased.
