Crawl Space with mold and mildew gets a full make over!

Challenge
A beautiful home in Haymarket had a smelly crawl space with insulation that was moldy and in poor condition.
Solution
We removed the insulation and cleaned the mold with HEPA Vacuums and Broad Spectrum Disinfectant. A vapor barrier was installed and the walls of the crawl space were spray foamed with closed cell foam to provide both a vapor and thermal barrier.
