Photo Album: Alexandria VA waterproof, sump pump and water discharge line

This Alexandria VA home had issues with water making its way into the basement even though they already had a massive outdoor sump pump system that worked with an exterior perimeter drain.   Our sales professional Carl Depner performed a home inspection and were able to identify a solution to control the water coming into the home and lead it into a new indoor sump pump that would then discharge the water outdoors far from the house.  CleanSpace wall covering was installed to help direct water coming through the walls and foundation downward into the WaterGuard below the basement floor.  A Super Sump Plus was installed to collect the water and discharge it outside of the home.  You cannot always prevent water from making its way into the foundation of a home, but you can control that water to make sure it doesn't create any damage or an uncomfortable environment in your home.
