Existing Sump Pump Before
This sump pump was not effectively working to collect and discharge water from this wet basement.
Walls and Floor Before
Before our production team cut into the floor and installed WaterGuard, this space was allowing moisture to come in through the walls and floors.
walls and Flooring After
Wallie covering has been installed on the walls to collect moisture and send it to the WaterGuard system buried in the cement flooring below.
Dehumidifier Drainage port
The WaterGuard drainage system was fitted with an inspection port that can be used for maintenance and to discharge water being pulled in from the Sedona Dehumidifier.
Discharge Line Buried
We do our best to leave as little evidence as possible of our work other than the intended result.
Basement Walls and Floors Before
Here you can see evidence on the floors and walls of moisture and wetness. this was contributing to the high humidity in the space before the homeowner called us.
New Sump Pump and WaterGuard
work in progress as the old sump pump is replaced and WatchGuard is installed below the cement flooring.
Discharge Pipe Cover
This cover is at the end of the discharge line buried in the yard. Sending the water away from the home and foundation means it won't work its way back into the basement.
IceGuard Discharge
This is where the water leaves the basement and is fed into the drain line in the yard. The IceGuard is designed to keep water from freezing and blocking up the discharge line in the colder months.
Before and After
Clear visual of the difference between the old condition of the basement and what it looks like after service and being waterproof.
