Photo Album: Arlington VA Basement Wall Repair to Foundation

This Arlington VA home was undergoing a remodel and the homeowners noticed there was something wrong with the basement/foundation walls. After having been previous 3 Pros Basement Systems clients utilizing our crawl space services, they decided to call us to help. Our Sales Pro Carl was able to identify the problem with the walls. The walls and foundation of the home had settled and shifted over time and had several cracks and openings that were making the basement susceptible to moisture and water. His solution was to apply our Carbon Armor treatment to all of the block walls of the house. This helps to seal up cracks that allow moisture and water into the basement and protects the basement from potential future water damage. Securing the walls and foundation also prepares the space to be refinished and remodeled.
