HVAC Duct exposed and not working
This duct was not connected to anything so it was pumping conditioned air int the crawl space.
Duct Work Repair Needed
This duct was only partially covered and was therefore improperly insulated. Our production crew would later solve this problem by insulating the walls of the crawl space, eliminating the need to cover the ducts at all.

Spray Foam Insulation
This insulation runs from the rim joists all the way down to the surface or the crawl space. This helps to not only insulate the crawl space but seal it up so that unwanted and uncontrolled outside air cannot come in.

This HVAC ducts was properly reset in the rafters once the old insulation was removed. Spray Foam on the walls all around the crawl space rendered the need for any other insulation needless.
