Replacing the old damaged pipes with new, long lasting PVC pipes will give this basement and the waterproofing system a strong pathway to send unwanted water.
Basement Waterproofing and Sump Pump
Our Water Guard systems is now in place along the base of the walls and will deliver water to the newly installed sump pump. Once this gravel is settled it will have a new layer of cement out over it to get the floors back to normal.

The sump pump is now ready to discharge any water collected by the Water Guard system.
Sump Pump Installation and Maintenance
The newly installed sump pump has a maintenance and service packet attached to record dates of service and cleaning along with warranty. This will help keep the basement waterproofing system working properly for years to come.
