Photo Album: Great Falls Virginia Crawl Space insulation and Cleaning

This homeowner in great Falls Virginia wanted to make the rooms above their crawl space more comfortable year round. The rooms were too cold in winter and too hot in summer.  Our Certified Home Performance Sales Pro Pedro visited the home to perform a free inspection and was able to design a project to help fix the comfort issues.   Our production team removed the old moldy insulation that had been in the crawl space ceiling, air sealed the space with spray foam insulation, put down floor insulation, drainage matting and a cover of Clean Space from the top of the crawl space walls to the bottom and finished by installing new Everlast Crawl Space Door.     This will all help to eliminate external air and temperatures from impacting the crawl space and rooms above and leaves a cleaner, drier area that can be used for storage or other needs.
