What We Are Working With
Here is the space in which we will be waterproofing in Warrenton, VA.
The First Challenge
In this photo you can see our first hurdle, the mold. We will use Mold X2 to handle the mold and it will prevent any from growing in the future.
Mold and More
Here you can see more mold, and the next step: the jackhammer. In order to create space for the waterproofing system, we have to use a jackhammer around the perimeter of the problematic area.
In Action
Here is the jackhammering in action!

This is what the perimeter looks like after we have finished jackhammering!
The Gravel
Jackhammering leaves large chunks of gravel, next we will remove these to clear out the trench we just created.
All Cleared Out
Here you can see what the trench looks like after the gravel has been removed.

A closer shot of the cleaned out trench.
WaterGuard
After we have shoveled out all of the gravel and swept, it is time to get to waterproofing. What we are looking at here in the trench, is the WaterGuard Drainage System.
WaterGuard: Part II
Here is another shot of Water Guard which is the drainage system that will collect any water that comes into your home and guide it to the sump pump. You can also see the tape here which is also waterproof and will be used here and on the CleanSpace Liner in upcoming photos.

Where the Paths Cross
In this photo you can see the progress on the WaterGuard, and the next step: CleanSpace Lining. This is the patent-protected product which will waterproof the walls. This white sheet you see on the back wall is the CleanSpace.
CleanSpace Complete
Here you can see the walls completely covered in CleanSpace liner and the WaterGuard totally installed. The CleanSpace lining is a 7-ply waterproofing agent that will stop any water that penetrates your foundation and walls and it pushes it to the WaterGuard.
Well Ducts!
If you have windows that let rain/ground water into your home, WellDucts may be the solution for you. Well ducts collect water from the exterior of the window and connect directly to the WaterGuard.

The Sump Pump
Now it is time to install the Sump Pump! We have many different options for sump pumps who's primary job is to push all of the water the waterproofing system collected out of your home.
Sump Pump: Part II
Here is the sump pump with the top on!
Sealing Everything Up
Now that everything is installed from the WaterGuard to the sump pump, it is time to seal everything up. We will make some fresh concrete in your home!
The Last Mile
Now that everything is sealed up, we can route the sump pump to the yard.
The Last Mile
Notice how we lay the lining under the ground so that you cannot see it and extends further away from the house.
