Uncontrolled moisture on the walls and in the air of this Woodbridge VA basement were leading to water on the basement floor. The sump pump alone was not able to keep the space dry so the homeowners called us to see if we could help. After visiting and listening to the homeowners describe what they were dealing with, our Home Performance Sales Pro Carl was able to design a basement waterproofing project that would deliver the needed results. Installing a moisture control barrier on the walls of the basement would help to capture moisture coming through and send it to the Water Guard system which was installed in the floor. The Water Guard system delivers collected water to the newly installed Super Sump in order to discharge it to outside. A Sedona SaniDry Dehumidifier was installed to collect moisture from the air and send it to the Water Guard System through a service port.

Installed into the floor, the surface will be sealed with fresh cement/concrete to recreate the level surface that existed to begin with.
