This home in Centreville Virginia had a problem with its crawl space. Although their was insulation in place, it was thin and not air sealed. This lead to it being too cold and allowed external air to enter the home though the rim joists. Our production team removed the old insulation and then applied Spray Foam to the walls and rum joists of the crawl space. This would help to hold in and maintain even temperatures in the home and lead to improved air quality for the people living there. This crawl space treatment will not only help make the home more comfortable going forward but it will help to reduce the energy costs for the homeowners.
