Our Certified Home Performance Sales pro was able to design a project to protect the basement by containing the water and discharging it far away from the home. Our sub floor Water Guard system was installed to deliver the unwanted water to a new sump pump that will deliver the water out of the home into a drainage system that terminates far from the home.

Water coming through the foundation walls of this home was causing the paint to bubble and peel.

With the walls covered in Clean Space moisture barrier, any water will de delivered to the sub floor Water Guard system below. The sump pump will then send that water out of the home.

This sump pump is equipped with a water alarm that will sound if the water level in the basement ever exceeds the lid of the sump pump.

Our team would later remove the old tiles on the floor and scrape the old peeling paint from the walls.
