Our Clean Space Encapsulation System in Warrenton, VA

Challenge

A homeowner in Warrenton, VA needed their crawl space cleaned out and encapsulated. Some of the insulation was falling out and they found traces of rodents. They hoped to use the crawl space for storage after the encapsulation.

Solution

The 3 Pros team got to work to encapsulate the crawl space. We installed Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, Terrablock, and CleanSpace. We also sprayed the rim joists with spray foam to ensure the crawlspace is completely air sealed. Now this crawl space is pest free, mold-free, and ready for storage.
