Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Arlington VA Crawl Space Transformation

This Arlington Virginia homeowner called us about their open-air unencapsulated crawl space that was having water issues. When our sales pro Carl came out to perform a full home inspection he was able to identify multiple solutions to fix the problem. The customer decided to go with WaterGuard and CleanSpace to secure their home against further leaks, reduce the moister in the air of the crawl space and help improve the air quality of the living spaces above. We dug up the perimeter of the crawl space and installed the WaterGuard so that anything that seeped through could be caught and diverted away to a Sump Pump and discharge line. This crawl space is now controlled and encapsulated and should be protected for years to come.
