This Falls Church VA home had an unfinished garage that the homeowners needed to have waterproofed.  The dirt and gravel ground base presented an ideal situation to have our patented WaterGuard and TrenchLock water proofing systems installed to deliver water into the SupeSump Pump in order to discharge the water out and away from the foundation of the garage and home.  Once installed this garage floor can now have concrete laid onto it of be kept unfinished.  Our system will collect water and the entrance of the garage and at the edges and control it.
