This home in Clifton Virginia was uncomfortable according to the owners in addition to having high energy costs to heat and cool the home.  Our Certified Home Performance Sales Pro Eric did a full inspection and identified a few things that would help.  The crawl space of the home was very humid because it was not sealed and was allowing external air and temperatures to impact the inside of the home.  Our production team insulated and then closed off the walls and vents and covered the entire space with a moisture barrier and a vapor barrier.  They installed a Sedona Sani Dry dehumidifier to help remove the excess moisture in the air.  This will all lead to improved air quality, improved comfort and lower energy costs.
