"3 Pros Basement Services did an outstanding job of encapsulating and insulating our crawlspace so that we could effectively control radon and moisture in our home. The addition of a whole house dehumidifier of theirs that is piped to the outdoors to get condensate out of the area from removed humidity is working perfectly. They also completed an exhaust duct run from a bathroom remodel years ago that was left unfinished in the crawlspace. Now that bath exhaust air goes outdoors as it should. The thoughtful assembly of solutions employed in our project were followed through with expert execution. After 20 plus years in our home, we finally have a properly controlled crawlspace and an effective radon mitigation system. Highly recommended!"

Brought up the schedule as requested, and got the job done earlier than expected.

Crawl space encapsulation.Sealed wall space under stairs at the front of the house with copper mesh and foam sealant. The team came on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterword. I recommend this company, they did a great job."
