Water Discharge Project Design
Our Basement Waterproofing Sales Pro Eric designed a discharge plan that would use distance and gravity to best send unwanted rain water away from the foundation of the home.

Rain Water Collection
This down spout used to just dump water right at the foundation walls of this home. Now it will be controlled and sent away into the yard.

Rain Water Control
The farther away from a home you can send water, the better.

Rainwater Control Project
Measuring the right distance to effectively eliminate potential water damage allows for proper planning of the discharge line placement.

Rain Water Discharge System
At the end of the pipe delivering rain away from the home is a cap that can be stepped on or mowed over. This will allow water to drain into the yard when full.

Rain Water Control
Two downspouts dropped water into this area when it rained, so the ground was soaked and nearly flooded each time.
