3 Pros Basement Systems did an excellent job from their sales personnel to the installers. The installers were very courteous and considerate. The installation took four days and they worked very hard. They listen to everything I had concerns about and corrected any issues that I may have had. In addition, they cleaned up after themselves and put everything back in place. I couldn’t have asked for a better team

Hi Carl ----- The project was completed yesterday. They team arrived about 8:15 and left around 4:30. Everything went great. Ariel was there to get things started as planned. Access to the area was mainly thru the window except the insulation boards. They parked in the driveway and used the opposite side of the house than what we had discussed. I think it overall made things a lot easier and probably saved some time. The sheeting and negative air pressure worked really well ---- there was barely any dust, if any, outside of the immediate work area. I was able to remove the Comcast box from the wall and with Juan’s help was able to remount it and hook it back up. The fix on that back wall was adjusted/changed somewhat based on what was found so there was a bit less work in that area. The Foamax insulation boards look very nice. Juan communicated well, was very helpful, and a pleasure to work with.   The entire team did a great job: Thank you to Juan, Javier, and Yeison. Thanks to Areil --- his guidance and help was greatly appreciated. And thanks to Carl who put the proposal together and addressed my many questions and concerns making this project a reality.   Overall just a very positive experience with Comfenergy/ 3 Pros.   "This company did an outstanding job under our house which was soggy and very badly mildewed. The odor penetrated our entire house. They cleaned it up and placed a strong secure lining with a waffled flooring underneath. Later we found out after quite a bit of rain the lining turned into a waterbed under the house lol. But they came out and installed several sump pumps and we've been great ever since. No one minds when they have to go under the house to work. I highly recommend this company for work around your house."
